Al Carlson
Al Carlson, a graduate of Berklee College of Music, is the primary in-house studio
producer/engineer at Gary’s Electric. Al has over 12 years of credits to his name, as a
producer, writer, engineer, mixer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and artist.
Over the years he has worked with many diverse artists including Lady Gaga, St. Vincent,
Jessica Pratt, Roy Blair (BROCKHAMPTON), Atticus Ross (Nine Inch Nails), Lloyd Banks
(G-Unit), and Oneohtrix Point Never. Check out

Robbie Aceto
Robbie Aceto is Gary’s in-house assistant studio engineer. A graduate of the University
of New Haven, he spends his time on both sides of the glass as a musician and a
technical whiz behind the boards. Robbie is an amazing asset for all facets of the
Gary’s Electric studio experience, but it’s his intimate knowledge of the room, gear,
hardware, and software that really facilitates sessions with outside engineers and
producers. He knows the studio like the back of his
hand, as well as all the local Greenpoint digs for food, drink, etc.
